Pricing and Cancellation

Price and Fee Model

For the healthcare consultant market, the default platform fee is one fixed fee per approved hour. The current default is SEK 35 excluding VAT per approved hour.

Billing runs monthly in arrears for the previous closed period.

We may update default prices, pricing principles, and billing terms at any time. Updated prices apply to time reports approved after the price has been saved in the platform.

If a listed firm receives an interest lead through the platform and it results in an assignment, collaboration, or other fee-bearing consultant time, that time must be reported and reviewed in the platform. Approved hours are the basis for the platform fee under the current pricing terms.

Other markets or customer-specific agreements may use a different fee model. A non-standard model does not apply until it is both documented in writing and operationally activated in the platform.

Payment Terms

Invoices are issued through Stripe Invoicing in MVP.

Due date and reminder behavior follow active invoicing settings in the customer agreement.

Trial and Packaging

MVP does not include a general self-serve free trial; any trial or fee waiver must be commercially approved and documented per customer.

If a signed quote or order form defines a different package or volume commitment, that signed version governs over this summary page.

Cancellation

Cancellation is 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees for already closed periods remain payable after cancellation.
