Permitted Use

Platform may be used for firm applications, listing management, time reporting, billing support, and agreed market operations.

Customer may grant user and integration access only to the extent required for the contracted service to operate.

Prohibited Use

Platform must not be used for fraud, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to bypass security, authorization, or audit controls.

Customer must not use sensitive health data, patient data, or protected categories for ad audiences, lookalikes, or other campaign segmentation through the service.

Data and Campaign Boundaries

Campaign measurement and attribution must comply with consent requirements, platform policy, and applicable data protection law.

Provider may suspend or restrict functionality if use creates regulatory or platform-policy risk.
